Claudia helped me with a task that I had unsuccessfully tried to complete for days; it took her much less than a day to succesfully complete the task and promptly report back with useful, detailed information. The task involved some internet research, phone calls and a bit of savoir-faire. She's amazing - I strongly recommend her.
